Arriving Time

 We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow us to interview your health history. Our treatments are timed to end precisely at the originally scheduled time, to avoid delay for the next guest.

Hygiene

We request that clients maintain good personal hygiene to support a safe and healthy environment for all parties. We reserve the right to decline service to any clients whose hygiene we deem to be unsuitable for a massage session.

Late Arrival

In the event that you arrive late, it may impact the duration of your treatment. To ensure you receive your full treatment time, we advise arriving on time. For the first visit we advise you to spare more times just in case you can not find us or the parking.

Cancellation
 

Cancellations must be made 6 hours in advance and if no show all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Vouchers have a 6 hour cancellation policy and we are not obliged to offer an alternative appointment if a voucher-booked appointment is missed.

Mobile Phones

For a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, we request that all mobile phones might turned off during your visit and try not to talk or do things that might make sound even when your session ends. We want you to connect with yourself through silence. Without distractions, noises or calls that distract you and others during the session, our center is a space where you can find peace. 

Medical Conditions
& Side Effects

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known medical conditions, allergies (particularly to oils, lotions, or ointments), injuries, treatments, or any health concerns before the start of the massage session. 

Receiving massage therapy may involve some side effects, which may include muscle soreness, localized skin discomfort, bruising, inflammation, changes in blood pressure, light-headedness, and increased awareness of pain areas, among other temporary effects.

Clients may not participate in massage with contagious skin conditions, active illnesses, or are of unsuitable hygiene. We reserve the right to decline service to any clients for whom we deem massage to be unsuitable or contraindicated.

No Sexual Conduct:

Sexual interaction or suggestive behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the session with no refund and potential legal action. ​
